About the Role

Aspects of the role include
- Completion of Tenders
- Setting up suppliers
- Auditing - Supplier information ie Environmental policy, Ethical policy, GDPR/Data Policy, Health and Safety Policy, Modern Slavery Statement, Quality Policy Statement, Statement of Intent, Evidence of Insurance along with Bank and VAT details
- Management of Tipping Licences
- Onboarding Suppliers
- Updating Quotes
- Ordering goods, chasing suppliers and dealing with associated queries
- Data Inputting/updating records
- Internal and external liaison with professional bodies, suppliers, clients, operational and commercial employees
- You must have Microsoft Office experience and be competent in the use of IT systems
Experience and qualifications required for the role:
- Previous office experience essential
- Customer interaction/telephone experience
- Good understanding of purchasing
