**Office Administrator / Trainee Estate Agent**

DO to continued growth, we’re looking for a confident customer-facing expert to help make a positive impact at our Fulwood branch.

**Job Description - Office Administrator**:
This position will also be responsible for assisting with the organisation of the sales office, including but not limited to filing and updating of documents. This position will also be responsible for assisting with the development of new client relationships and maintaining records of new client sign-ups.

There is room for progression to a Trainee Estate Agent with great career prospects and commission.

**Job Description - Trainee Estate Agent**

You’ll carry out viewings for our sales and lettings properties. You’re someone who loves the buzz that comes from creating life-changing moments, and your passion will shine through when you’re greeting people in the branch, answering the phone or going out and about to different properties. Across everything you do, you’ll need to work in line with our compliance requirements.

You'll be based at our Fulwood office, learning from our experienced team, gaining a deeper understanding of local market trends and then driving new business initiatives.

We will give you all of the tools and knowledge that you need to be a success

There are multiple opportunities to earn commission within the sales and lettings environment.

A full UK driving licence and car is essential.

**Qualifications**:

- Similar experience preferred but not essential.
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays as needed.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
