We are currently recruiting for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join our head office in Glasgow.

The role requires high attention to detail, use of initiative and the ability to manage the accurate processing of all daily purchase transactions.

This is a full time, permanent position, Monday to Friday.

Immediate start is available.

**Duties**
- Reconciliation of supplier statements.
- Maintaining existing supplier account details.
- Manage supplier credit limits, payment terms and review regularly.
- Updating equipment and project build spreadsheet.
- Produce aged debtor reports for month end.
- Making online purchases as and when required.
- Raise supplier payment runs ensuring these are paid correctly and to agreed terms.
- Preparing staff expense reimbursement.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience of working within a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of using Xero package preferred but not essential
- Excellent organisational skills
- Team-player with good verbal and written communication skills
- High levels of data accuracy and attention to detail
- Have a positive, “can do” attitude and a desire to learn new tasks
- Confident telephone manner

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
