Contract: Permanent
Based: Glasgow HQ
**Salary**: £25,000

**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as Purchase Ledger Clerk or equivalent
- Familiarity with financial and facilities management principles
- IT Literate, including MS Office
- An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Experience within Security Industry would be an Advantage
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Match purchase orders to delivery notes and invoices
- Query any overcharging on invoices
- Check Supplier statements
- Run an aged creditors list and chase for invoices where Direct Debits have been placed on account with no invoice to match to
- Reconcile suppliers’ statements - ensuring that all invoices have been received and outstanding value is correct
- Raise payments through Sage Intacct & generate weekly payment run
- Raising MG invoices
- Assisting in sending out the weekly invoices
- Ordering stationary
- Procurement.
