**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
- Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Manage the reception area to ensure it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist with administrative tasks, cashing up
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information while handling various administrative responsibilities.

**Qualifications**
- Excellent organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing.
- Familiarity with general office equipment and procedures is essential.
- A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Hours:
We are looking for either full time or part time with a mixture of morning shifts, day shifts and evening shifts

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: £11.45 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
