**Data Architect** **York / Hybrid Working** **£80K** **The Opportunity**: I'm working on behalf of a rapidly expanding Mental Healthcare provider based in York. They are a forward-thinking and progressive outfit, searching for someone to steer their Data/BI department in the right direction. This company rely heavily on data in order to provide their clients with best-in-class mental health services. Your role will be imperative in the upkeep and improvement of these services. You will be responsible for leading a team of 3 Data Analysts and shaping the Business Intelligence and Reporting function. You will be working in an environment where the core business process is overlapped in different systems, i.e. different companies using different systems for same the processes. **Given this setup, it would be ideal if you have had exposure to relatively complex environments where data has been normalised across systems.** **Other Desired Experience**: - Using TOGAF or SAD for modelling/documenting the architecture of a data solution - Modelling business process with BPM, UML or TOGAF- Working with "long running business processes" (i.e., mortgage loan granting, etc) is a massive advantage as it is more akin to the clients'' business domain - Using BPMN, UML or TOGAF as formal notation to model business processes - Using DMN, Decision Table or TOGAF as formal notation to model / document decisions - Using Exception Reports / Master Data Services or Solution / Profisee - Experience Managing Data Quality and Implementing Data Quality / Maturity Standards (DAMA or TOGAF) - Experience of the full Data Lifecycle in a company (Cradle to death, data retention calendars etc) Experience in all of these areas is not essential - but the more boxes you tick the better This is an exceptional opportunity for someone to shape the data journey of a growing company, ensuring business decisions are made with accuracy and intent.
