**Customer Service Advisor** is the job title we’ve gone for but this role is so much more.

It’s an opportunity to be a key player in our small but perfectly-formed business. You would be joining the Elite Swimming Academy team, a rapidly growing Cambridge-based swimming academy offering five-star service to our customers.

You’ll be someone who understands that our customers feel valued and looked after when they’re met with a positive, helpful and can-do attitude. You’ll want to grow with our team and see the direct results of your efforts and contribution. Always happy to help others and support where needed, you’ll have the opportunity to pick up many new skills as you go along. We can guarantee it will never be boring

So what else? You’ll be helping out with our social media marketing. We’d love you to be king or queen of Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and to help us make our social media mark.

You’ll be someone who wants to get involved and stuck in when it comes to things like marketing and PR activities as well. We did say it was more than customer service

One thing we do need to be clear on is that we’ll be asking you for an enhanced DBS check - this is because we provide swimming lessons to children, and you may be asked to attend site visits where children are present. We take our role very seriously when it comes to looking after the children in our care, and we know that you’ll understand and appreciate this.
