**About the Role**
As an HR Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in our People Operations team, with a primary focus on HR, Payroll and Pensions administration and reporting. You’ll provide essential business support, managing a variety of queries and collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. Your focus will be on providing exceptional service, ensuring data accuracy, and identifying process improvements to enhance efficiency. Working alongside HR, L&D and Recruitment Business Partners, you’ll help Paradigm thrive as an employer of choice. This is a hybrid role where our expectation is that you will attend the office two days per week, ideally Tuesday and Friday.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage incoming queries ensuring a positive outcome that meets individual needs in a timely manner.
- Process all HR, Payroll and Pensions data in accordance with agreed policies and procedures and in line with current legislation.
- Administer the payroll, ensuring the accurate processing of data and calculations for all employees on a monthly basis.
- Administer the company pension scheme effectively, enrolling new employees, managing contribution changes and liaising with our pension provider.
- Create people reports ensuring that business requirements have been identified and met, and that the data provided is both accurate and complete.
- Work with the team to maximise system capabilities, reducing administrative tasks and improving the user experience for employees and managers.
**About You**
To succeed in this role, you’ll need to be customer-focused with a proactive approach and have excellent attention to detail. You should be comfortable working with confidential information and building reports, managing multiple priorities, and always striving for accuracy in your work.
**Key Skills and Experience**
- Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within HR or a related area.
- Experience with using HR systems, ideally MHR iTrent but not essential
- Analytical skills to produce reports and communicate findings clearly.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when managing data.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Experience with administering payroll and benefits would be beneficial
- Customer focused with strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a professional approach at all times.
- Part CIPD qualified or working towards would be advantageous
