**Technical Author**

Due to an increase in business requirements, our client, a successful engineering and manufacturing client based in Dungannon, have a requirement for a Technical Author to join their team
- Reporting directly to the Technical Manager the Technical Author will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of technical publications for all company products.
- Responsibilities
- Produce, issue and revise end user technical publications including operation & maintenance manuals, spare parts manuals and machine specification documents.
- Effectively manage the portfolio of given task ensuring that they are logged and addressed according to their priority level.
- Use company software to produce parts drawings and operator instructions.
- Strive to improve aftermarket experience by developing and providing accurate, safety conscious, user friendly spare parts information.
- Work directly with customers and suppliers.
- Liaise with Internal departments as necessary.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working within an Engineer environment
- Good understanding of engineer drawings

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:
