Cycle Mechanic

Job Overview:
Cycle shop mechanic and sales supervisor.

Exciting new position to help develop and expand our new business

You will be involved from the start in the sales, building and servicing E-bikes, mountain and children’s bikes.

Our sales floor will consist of a selection of parts, accessories and Clothing.

You will play fundamental role in the development of the future of the business, branching out into online sales, servicing and other specialised services such as E-bike and suspension fork specialists.

In addition to the bike shop, we also have a dedicated cycle cafe that is attached to the Business as part the attraction

We are looking for a qualified cycle mechanic, with proven track record customer care and has a great reputation.

You will be expected to complete orders in a timely manor and be able to work on your own initiative and have good problem-solving skills.

Be able to communicate politely with customers and offer knowledge and experience when selling and advising about our merchandise.

Initially this post will be full on, however, with the view to train and develop incoming member of staff in your area of skills.
- Assemble machinery components according to schematics
- Utilise power tools for repair and assembly tasks
- Perform heavy lifting when necessary
- Provide exceptional customer service during interactions Qualifications:

- Proficient in using hand tools for repair work
- Ability to weld components as needed
- Familiarity with mechanical systems and equipment
- Capable of reading and interpreting schematics accurately
- Skilled in equipment repair and maintenance

Pay: £22,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
