**COMMUNITY HOME CARE ASSISTANTS WANTED - IN PUDSEY / ADEL / COOKRIDGE POSTCODES.**

**We need local care workers**
- **Pudsey - LS28**:

- **£11.32 PER HOUR plus 40p per mile allowance (Car Drivers)**:

- **£11.02 - PER HOUR plus travel allowance (Walkers).**

Ethicare are Home Care Providers, based in Pudsey.

We provide care and home care support services throughout Leeds, dedicated to providing the best In-home health care, enabling our service users to continue to live as independently as possible in their own homes.
- **07.30am - 2.30pm and / or 4pm - 10pm**:

- **alternate weekends**

**You will carry out daily duties in Personal Care.**
- **Dementia Friendly Care.**:

- **Daily visits, morning, lunch, teas & beds.**:

- **Washing & Dressing Care.**:

- **Administering medication**

**You will also carry out practical tasks such as;**
- **Laundry.**:

- **Shopping calls.**:

- **Social calls.**:

- **Preparation and cooking of meals.**:

- **Accompanying to doctors’ appointments.**

- Each year a carer works with Ethicare they will be entitled to a 30p per hour increase from year 1 right up to year 8 so the carer can earn as much as £13.42per hour

We do ask for our Care Workers to be able to work alternate weekend to ensure good continuity of care to our service users. If it is your weekend on, you will receive a day off during the week.

**Car Drivers preferred - If you do not have your own transport, we will endeavor to find local work for you, however you must be prepared to travel on public transport to various postcodes.**
