We also test the sanction screening and transaction monitoring systems of crypto exchange and virtual currency business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure Customer retention by developing and implementing customer engagement strategy
- Maximise customer use of products and services
- Embed the adoption of products and services aligning to customers objectives.
- Monitor the behaviour of our clients to identify non-regular use of products and propose suitable actions to ensure effective product use
- Provide training to clients demonstrating the use of our platforms (such as - how to create tests, upload files and analyse results)
- Ensure excellent communication with clients, internal IT Teams and Sales Teams regarding product development, new or existing functionality
- Provide Bespoke Regulatory Reporting
- Identify opportunities to enhance revenue that customers may benefit from

**Nice to haves**
- Educated to degree level preferred.
- Excellent Communication and written skills
- Previous experience in a customer facing role working with sales preferred
- Previous experience in vendor-based services provided to financial institutions preferred
- Data and logic orientated
