**DESCRIPTION**

We are looking for a talented Quality System Specialist to join our team in Daventry, United Kingdom, specialising in Quality Systems and Continuous Improvement.

This is a permanent role, working mostly onsite Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

- Conducting internal audits across Quality Management Systems (QMS), manufacturing processes, and products to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and continual improvement.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure alignment on quality objectives and compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- Managing and maintaining audit schedules, documentation, and records to ensure audit readiness and traceability.
- Delivering training on QMS principles, AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA), and root cause analysis methodologies.
- Analysing quality and audit data to generate meaningful reports that guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Supporting the documentation, review, and improvement of key business processes to strengthen overall system performance.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Education and Qualifications:

- Associate degree or equivalent business experience.
- IATF 16949 + ISO 9001 Internal Auditor trained.
- Six Sigma Green Belt would be beneficial.
- AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, MSA) trained.
- Fluent in English, both written and oral.
