**Role Overview**

We are seeking a highly skilled **Supply Chain Planner**to work closely with our key suppliers, to ensure that plant/materials are delivered within an agreed timeframe to ensure alignment with the project programme.

**Job Title** | **Supply Chain Planner**
**Location** | **Alternative Heat Head Office, Banbridge**
**Hours** | **Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm, Friday 8am - 3pm**
**Salary** | **Competitive depending on experience**
**Responsible to** | **Head of Procurement**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You will work closely with Supply Chain Quality engineers
- Monitoring supplier performance against agreed timeline.
- Ensure on time delivery with frequent supplier engagement.
- Drive supplier meeting on plant / materials progress.
- Highlight any potential risks to the supply chain.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Continue to develop and manage supplier relationships.

**Skills, Knowledge and Expertise**:
**Essential Criteria**
- Proven work experience as a Supply Chain Planner or relevant role for at least 3 years.
- Strong organizational skills to monitor and keep track of multiple suppliers and their performance metrics.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills to liaise with suppliers and cross-functional teams,
- Must have the ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and colleagues.
- Good attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- BSc degree in Supplier Chain management or relevant field.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
- Experience with project management.
- Experience with problem solving techniques.
