**The role**:

- To co-ordinate with the Customer Service Manager to ensure all aspects of the required work is completed.
- To be responsible for the correct registration of all received goods on the day of receipt.
- To be responsible for the training of new and current staff in the administration processes.
- To be responsible for ensuring that any queries are raised and dealt with in a timely manner
- To raise any anomalies which arise in the department and to bring them to the attention of the Customer Services Manager and assist with investigations.
- To be responsible and ensure that all monitoring records are up to date at all times and all staff adhere to this.
- To be responsible for creating daily worksheets and ensure they are sent into the correct department.
- To assist with any on-site IT requirements, including database updates.
- To deal with the management and direction of enquiries from both existing and potential customers.
- To assist with the collation of monthly reports.

- To partake in any developmental training
- To read and comply with company rules, procedures, agreements, and any notices displayed by the Company
- To operate in line with the site Quality Management System
- To be friendly and fair with all customers and colleagues, showing respect in every conversation
- To look for ways to build relationships in the team to help the team work well together.
- To be supportive in all interactives, even those where feedback or challenge is required.
- To always deliver excellent customer service to both internal and external customers
- To help plan the teams work, ensuring all workload gets completed to the highest standards.
- To flag concerns and suggest resolution to workload issues.
- To assist the site leadership team to create a respected and professional on-site senior team.
- To be positive at all times, creating a motivating environment.
- Be open and honest in all conversations, and to be the person who is trusted by their colleagues.
