**Job Title - Studio/Office Manager**

**The Role/Company**

An award-winning creative agency are looking for a Studio/Office Manager to join the team They deliver brand strategy, brand identity, retail design and film production projects for a range of companies, from start ups, to global brands to fashion artiststo architects. This person will be at the heart of the agency, working closely with the production team, client services and the creative studio, as well as the MD and FD. They have cultivated a lovely culture, within this small but lean team, with regulartrips to the latest exhibitions

**Key Responsibilities**
- General studio administration
- Management of their new studio space in Somerset House
- Purchasing of studio equipment
- Organise team events and socials
- PA support for the Founding Partner and Managing Partner
- Oversight of company policies and insurance
- Booking travel
- Point of contact for recruitment agencies and managing the process
- Management of IT systems in collaboration with the IT team
- Work closely with the finance team, managing invoices and timesheet approval

**Skills & Experience**
- 2+ years experience as a Studio/Office Manager or PA at a branding/design/creative agency
- Understanding of a small agency set-up
- Passion for arts and culture
- Can do attitude
- Proactive

**Salary**
- £30-40k (depending on relevant experience and level
