We are an ecommerce-based family-run business located in Leatherhead, selling Motorcycle Clothing and Automotive Care Accessories. We are looking to recruit a positive and motivated individual(s) to join our team in the day-to-day operation of our retail and on-line store.

**Retail Sales Assistant (would consider 1 full time position or 2 part-timers)**

The role covers:
Dealing with customers’ requirements in store by providing product advice and guidance and ensuring correct fitting (full training will be given)
- Providing excellent customer service face to face and over the telephone
- Answering telephone queries
- Store Merchandising
- Stock control management
- Assisting with on-line orders (picking, packing, and shipping)
- At least one years’ experience in Sales or a Customer Service role within the retail industry
- Willing to learn product knowledge
- Confidence when dealing with customers face to face and over the telephone
- Ability to work under pressure, problem solve and use initiative
- Computer literacy and have experience of working with back-office systems
- Friendly and positive personality (good sense of humour)
- An effective team player and someone who takes responsibility
- Must be able to work at least 2 Saturdays per month
- Punctual and reliable

**A passion for all things motorcycling would be a distinct advantage**

The other option we would consider is recruiting two part-timers who can work 3 days per week of which one must be a Saturday.

We can offer a salary in the region of approximately £9-12 per hour depending on experience, together with holiday entitlement, pension scheme, company discounts and other discretionary incentive rewards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: £9.00-£12.00 per hour
