Commercial Assistant
To provide administrative and organisational support to the Commercial and Procurement Asset Delivery team.
What you’ll be leading on
- Collate enquiry information and task order information and produce relevant paperwork for checking prior to issue
- Participate in the periodic payment assessment cycles adhering to contract timescales including collating and distributing payment information.
- Assisting in commercial administration and correspondence as required
- Developing and maintaining commercial registers and operating systems, producing monthly reports and statistics as required.
- Processing and completing benchmarking reports
- Perform filing & archiving duties as and when required
- Prepare and issue supply chain communications and monitor required responses
- Minute taking and distribution of documentation
- Manage own work according to business need, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Collect, retrieve and collate data through effective liaison.
- Contribute to an engaged, efficient team.
- Accept personal responsibility for safety of self and others, reporting unsafe conditions and near miss incidents
- Operation of other administration tools as and when required.
To be successful
- Ability to use office software products to contribute to production / maintenance of a range of reports, documents and spreadsheets
- Ability to communicate effectively
