Page Personnel have collaborated with a large Non-Profit client in the recruitment of a Administrator to join their expanding team. You will play a key part in the team by completing paperwork and system modifications regarding employment changes to ensureall staff remain compliant and records are kept accurate.

Page Personnel have collaborated with a large Non-Profit client in the recruitment of a Administrator to join their expanding team. You will play a key part in the team by completing paperwork and system modifications regarding employment changes to ensureall staff remain compliant and records are kept accurate.
**Description**
Key Responsibilities include:
- Set up and maintain systems for managing and monitoring all aspects of service user files.
- Where appropriate carry out supervision and assist with the development, of administration staff as necessary under guidance form the Area Manager.
- To collate PAT Testing log for the support services and liaise with Area Managers to ensure PAT testing is carried out within set time frames.
- Ensuring IT policies and procedures are followed and up to date.
- Produce management reports and statistics and support with any administration duties as require.
- Monitor agreements and contracts and ensure they are kept up to date.
- Ensure service user funding is regularly reviewed and all information is kept up to date.
- Attend management meetings as required.
**Profile**
- Experience in an Administrative post
- Have strong IT skills and proficient in all Microsoft packages
- Organised and able to meet tight deadlines
