**Job Description**:
**About the Role**
Great opportunity for a Midweight Copywriter to be a part of our Copy + Editorial team. Based in London, you’ll work closely with the Editorial and Creative teams on projects across ASOS brand and partner campaigns. You’ll work closely with the art directors, fashion editors/stylists and video creatives to create our campaign messaging, and make sure that the ASOS tone of voice and brand values are upheld through everything we do.
Based within the Copy + Editorial Team, the role will involve working closely with the Creative Team to deliver concepts and copy for a wide range of own-brand and partner briefs. We’re looking for someone from an advertising-agency background with the ability to develop award-winning creative concepts and messaging that resonates beyond the campaign across all channels. You’ll be comfortable writing for both menswear and womenswear customers across all the ASOS brands, as well as venture and third-party brands. You’ll be able to juggle multiple projects, pivot between Creative and Editorial tasks, and become a key link between Creative and Marketing stakeholders. You should be comfortable presenting and able to inspire more junior writers and creatives. **What You’ll be Doing**
- Bringing campaign concepts to life through copywriting and storytelling that stops ASOS’ target customer in their tracks
- Building an ideas-first environment for the Creative team, working alongside creatives, fashion and design to ensure campaign messaging is original and on-brand
- Creating red-thread messaging that connects brand strategy with customer journey/experience
- Helping to develop ideas with more junior members of the Creative and Editorial teams
- Pitching campaign ideas and presenting to Head of Creative
- Supporting the Editorial Team with research, brainstorming and tone-of-voice development, as well as writing across Style Feed and CRM if required
- Working on several projects simultaneously from start to finish, keeping to deadlines, and signing off on these projects before they are presented to senior stakeholders
- Supporting our culture by driving Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.

- Plugged into 18-29-year-old trends, culture and online content; you’ll be able to understand the needs of ASOS’ target customer
- A strong writer with the ability to convey a message in everything from a snappy headline to a longer-form article
- Experienced working on brand campaigns
- Super-organised and able to manage their own workload
- A team player, willing to work on different content output as required, contribute to team research, brainstorming and training resources, and help mentor juniors with different levels of experience
- Experienced working with global markets
- An articulate and confident presenter with strong influencing skills
- A creative and innovative thinker and collaborator
- Comfortable with responsibility, accountability, and ambiguity
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid change
