**The Company**

Led by individuals with years of experience, the business has a 5 star customer rating, and partners with some of the well-known names in the automotive industry. With over 100 employees this is a growing company with lots of potential for progression anddevelopment this role is a new addition and a vital part of the finance team. The business T/O is £37 million.

The offices are in a prime location on the outskirts of town where there is free parking and excellent facilities in these modern and well equipped offices. The role is offering up to £70,000 + 15% annual bonus, 26 days holiday, 8% pension, and car parking,after probation hybrid option 3 days in and 2 days at home, discounted gym membership employee of the month/year. Reporting into the Financial Director you will be responsible for the full management and development of your own team. Working on lots of projects,for continual improvement in business processes.

**The essence of the role**

Manage a financial accountant and trainee finance accountant. Overhaul and implement new framework and structure for change. Work closely with the senior management team to implement new accounting software, implementing an accounts payable process and developfurther process improvements and procedures.

**The scope of the role**
- Manage a team of 2
- Work alongside MA
- Responsible for Balance sheet
- Handle all technical accounting
- Support, mentor and develop internal staff members
- Run reports and present to board level
- Oversee TAX and VAT submission
- Support FD with any projects for the team

**Prerequisites**
- ACCA qualified
- Hands on manager
- Worked within finance services sector or regulated market
- Worked with lenders
- Knowledge of SAS would be an advantage
- Happy to have a DBS and credit check
