**8th Wonder Ltd** is a well-established reputable designer and supplier of Wooden & Plush Toys with over 26 years’ experience in supplying globally High Street, Grocery & Online Retailers. Due to continued growth, we are now looking Admin Assistant to join our busy and friendly head office team based in Wigan, Lancashire.

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join our dynamic team. As our National Account Administrator at 8th Wonder, you will play an essential role in driving revenue growth and enhancing customer profitability by managing and supporting our Sales Team. You will help coordinate the onboarding of new clients, handle key initiatives like price adjustments, and serve as a crucial contact for client inquiries and issues. This position requires close collaboration with internal departments and attendance at customer previews to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- You’ll execute directives from the Sales team and ensure the effective management of assigned accounts.
- You’ll facilitate the tender/quote process with Retailers.
- You’ll support in managing and tracking national price adjustments and maintain accurate records.
- You’ll support customer inquiries and resolve issues in collaboration with Customer Services, Credit Control, and Master Data teams.
- You’ll prepare reports, presentations, and proposals for the Sales team, supporting price and service-related insights.

**What You Bring**:

- You have a university/college degree or relevant sales experience preferred.
- You have 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or customer support role within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- You have strong computer literacy, especially with Microsoft Office, Excel and Teams
- You have excellent time management, self-discipline, and organizational skills.
- You’re energetic, results-oriented, with a consistently positive attitude.
- The ability to understand, interpret, and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- You’re skilled in managing high-volume, high-pressure tasks both individually and in a team.

**Requirements**:

- Qualified to work in the UK, with a clean criminal record.
- You can comfortably commute to our Sale office.
