**Position Overview**:
The Lead Generator will support the sales team through outreach to prospective clients, UHNW individuals and sports stars. Utilising the company social media platforms the Lead Generator will engage prospective clients and onboard them to the MJ Jones CRM database. This is done primarily on Instagram, Whatsapp, Snapchat, TikTok, Linkedin, Twitter, Threads, WeChat and any other major platform, so you must be exceptionally competent and familiar with social networking. You must also be very quick at operating on mobile phones and computers. Your target market will primarily be top tier footballers, so you must have outstanding knowledge of the football market in order to perform this role to the highest standards.
**Skills & experience required**:
- Must have an exceptional knowledge of football and other major sporting markets, as well as be very up to date and knowledgeable in current trends, influencers and celebrity culture.
- Extensive knowledge of all social media platforms Instagram, Whatsapp, Snapchat, TikTok, Linkedin, Twitter, Threads, WeChat
- Extremely methodical and able to maintain a high level of productivity.
- A flexible approach to work. Highly engaged, motivated and passionate.
- Ability to work toward KPIs under their own initiative
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to analyse large amounts of data
- Meticulous organisation and attention to detail
- Obsessive over hitting and exceeding your performance targets
**Responsibilities**:
- Generating responses and interest from target market over social media channels
- Constantly analyse notifications, views and engagements from all channels (social and ecommerce) to identify lead opportunities
- Entering opportunities into the company CRM system
- Engage with community on social media platforms to drive up interactions and leads
- Take instructions from your Manager and deliver on objectives in full
- Have an awareness of current advertising & marketing campaigns, new launches and promotions
- Know lead generation targets and current sales performance on a daily and weekly basis
- Represent the brand in the correct manner as instructed by your manager
- Occasionally you may also be required to attend exhibits and assist with company operations and logistics
**Hours**:
- 40 hours per week
- Shifts may cover evenings and weekends
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
