We’re looking for an Activity Support Worker to join our vibrant team at our purpose-built complex in Chester, set in peaceful surroundings with access to outdoor space.
You’ll be working primarily in a specially designed outdoor lodge, supporting children and young people with complex needs, including Autism, Learning Disabilities and mental health, through engaging, therapeutic activities (e.g. Arts, sports, music, performing arts, forestry and adventure).
Within this role, you'll enjoy fresh air and the outdoors every day, perfect for someone who loves nature and being active.

**Your Role as a Support Worker (Activity Based)**:
- Deliver person-centred care, in an outdoor focused setting
- Lead and support structured activities that promote well-being and engagement.
- Work closely with individuals with Autism, ADHD, PTSD, and Learning Disabilities.
- Accurately document activities and follow safeguarding procedures.
**What You’ll Need**:
- Vocational Qualification/certification in outdoor education / recreational trained e.g. Arts, sports, music, performing arts.
- Experience in care (Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Mental Health) is desirable but not essential.
- Level 2/3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to train).
- A genuine love for the outdoors and active, creative engagement.
- Compassion, patience & a caring nature - making a real difference every day.
- Commitment to safeguarding & providing high-quality support.
