Support with community access & engagement – every moment has potential. Promotion of safeguarding & risk assessment as well as engagement in the person‑centred planning process. Promote and champion a real high quality of life for the people we support as part of a diverse team committed to quality care & support. We offer flexible shift patterns on a rolling rota, 6 weeks paid leave per year & an employee recognition scheme that awards additional paid leave.
