Lindley CE Infant School is a warm and inclusive infant school committed to giving every child the very best start in their education. We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated teaching assistant with a keen interest in supporting children with a range of**Complex Communication and Interaction (CCI) needs. Applicants must be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a school or nursery environment, supporting the learning of pupils with SEND needs, and building positive relationships with children and colleagues.

We would love to hear from you if you:

- Have experience of working with children with SEND, particularly CCI needs (autism, speech and language, social communication).
- Are patient, nurturing, and able to build strong, trusting relationships.
- Can adapt approaches to meet individual needs and respond calmly to challenges.
- Work well as part of a team and have excellent communication skills.
- Are willing to learn and engage with training opportunities to further develop your skill
- Are resilient in the face of challenges.
