Role Summary:
The main objective of this role is to provide excellent HR administration and employee relations support to the retail and head office HR team and URBN stores across Europe

What You'll Be Doing:
HR Administration
- Issue and track all contracts and new starter packs for retail management teams and our head office employees across the UK and Europe.
- Co-ordinate induction process for retail managers and head office employees
- Management of reference process for new hires and leavers
- Issue letters for retail management and head office internal promotions and role changes
- Conduct exit interviews with retail managers and head office employees and compile data for quarterly reporting
- Create and maintain personnel files (e-files)
- Maintain organisation charts
- Support in updating HR policies and procedures and other documentation
- Produce monthly and quarterly HR KPI reports along with adhoc reports where required

Employee Relations
- Manage HR trackers for maternity, paternity, absence and sickness
- Update and compile investigation, disciplinary, probation, performance support and grievance trackers
- Support with preparing all correspondence relating to employee relation cases including invite and outcome letters
- Provide employees with timely and accurate information regarding their rights and responsibilities
- Manage the AWOL (absence without leave) process for all retail employees
- Manage the probationary review process for all retail employees
- Be a first line point of contact for time and attendance queries for our retail teams

Learning & Development
- Co-ordination and organisation of training courses and events (booking room, equipment, tracking attendees and material preparation)
- Collate training feedback
- Support the co-ordination and roll-out of the bi-annual appraisal process
- Involvement in ad-hoc HR projects as required

What You'll Need:

- Understanding of basic HR processes and policies and a desire to expand knowledge
- Previous knowledge of HR systems is advantageous
- Ability to effectively manage high volume workload
- Great organisation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines and targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication, including high level of listening and analytical skills
- Ability to establish and build effective working relationships with strong interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to ensure confidentiality and protection of sensitive documentation and information
- Good user knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook packages
