We are looking for a Ranger to join our team. You'll be on a permanent part time basis, working 21 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for gaining experience working in an historical landscape and gaining confidence in interacting with the public. It is a varied role that offers may different jobs across the days and provides opportunities to develop in various ways according to your interests.
As Ranger, you will be responsible for the daily operations of Marble Hill Park, including health and safety checks, customer service and grounds maintenance.
You will be responsible for completing checks of the park to ensure safety across the site, responding to the public's phone calls and concerns, organise our sports booking system and personal trainers, while also being a key holder for opening and closing the site.
You will also
- Receive deliveries for the site and ensuring they are delivered to the appropriate locations.
- Give access to contractors, colleagues and maintenance workers across the site.
**To be considered as a Ranger, you'll need**:
Due to the nature of this role you will need to hold a current valid UK drivers licence as, once trained, you will be driving a gator across the site.
You will also need to be comfortable working outside, from completing patrols of the park to helping set up events.
We would also ask that you have experience working face to face with members of the public and responding to their needs, while also encouraging the use of public parks legislation.
Our interview and offer process will take place between 17th February - 10th March 2025, with new starters joining in the week of 24th March 2025.
