P3 Mortgage Group Ltd are a young, dynamic and growing mortgage and protection business based in Lee on Solent, Hampshire.
Perfectly placed in the market place, P3 offer a full and comprehensive range of tailored, bespoke mortgage and protection products to clients of all ages and circumstances.
We have already built strong relationships with local IFA’s and continuing to add to our partnership portfolio.
Forward thinking, innovative and proactive, P3 are building momentum and a strong reputation in the mortgage/protection market.
About You
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced mortgage adviser to join the business and have a pivotal position in our future growth and success.
You will be a solid communicator and have excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with ability to be personable yet assertive.
Possessing a ‘can do - will do’ attitude is vital for this role along with being able to think outside the box when needed.
You must have excellent attention to detail, be totally client focussed along with being sales driven. However, offering the very best bespoke client service is your priority and overall goal.
You will have previous experience in a similar role, a proven track record, be CeMAP qualified, fully compliant and ideally have CAS status.
However, your main attributes will be positivity, professionalism and a true passion and talent for guiding clients through the toughest purchase and decision of their lives.
The Role
As well as being given a share of new clients as they approach us, you will be required to source your own business as P3 Mortgage Group Ltd clients.
This position is on a self-employed basis with excellent industry splits, solid back office support, a ‘show piece’ environment to work in and a dynamic and positive work environment.
Qualifications and Experience
**Experience**:
- Mortgage and Protection: minimum 1 year/CAS (preferred)
- Equity release qualified preferred but not essential
Licence:
- Full CeMap (required)
- CertRER desired
