About the Role

As a
Protection Administrator
, you will play a crucial role in supporting Protection Advisors with all aspects of administrative and operational tasks, ensuring that client cases progress smoothly and efficiently.

You'll act as the backbone of the advisory team, allowing advisors to focus on building relationships, advising clients, and closing business. Every day you'll help make the process seamless and ensure the client experience is first-class.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Protection Advisors with case administration from initial client contact to policy completion.
  • Prepare and process protection applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with insurers and other stakeholders to progress cases efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate records and client documentation within internal systems.
  • Monitor deadlines, follow-ups, and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Assist in preparing client communications and documents as needed.

Package

  • Part-Time Role:
    Around 16 hours per week
  • Salary:
    Approx. £26,000 FTE, pro-rata
  • Opportunities to develop skills in financial services and protection administration.
  • Supportive, collaborative work environment with training and guidance provided.
  • Hybrid/remote working options may be available depending on candidate and team needs.
