**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Operational Management:
- The daily running of the bowling alley, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Assisting with the scheduling and supervision of staff, including lane attendants, technicians, and customer service representatives.
- Helping the Manager to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Customer Service:
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any customer inquiries, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively.
- Ensure a welcoming and enjoyable experience for all customers.
- Handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact.
Staff Management:
- Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Facility Maintenance:
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the bowling alley, including lanes, equipment, and common areas.
- Assisting and coordinate with the maintenance team to address any repair or maintenance needs promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels of supplies and equipment, and place orders as necessary.
Event Coordination:
- Plan and organise special events, leagues, and tournaments.
- Coordinate logistics and ensure successful execution of events.
- Promote events and programs to increase participation and revenue.
**Qualifications**:
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a hospitality, entertainment, or retail environment preferably with management responsibility.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

- Interaction with a diverse range of customers and staff.

Pay: £24,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
