**Salary**: £11,283.46 (FTE £24,921.00)

Hours: 20.25 hours per week, 3 days a week, term-time only (between 8am - 4pm)

Maternity Cover to start as soon as possible.

We are looking to appoint an experienced, enthusiastic and passionate Learning Coach (Teaching Assistant) to work as maternity cover with students who are facing a variety of challenges which affect their progress in the classroom. The post holder would be required to be resourceful, understanding and be prepared to work both in the classroom and a withdrawal situation with a particular focus on literacy and numeracy support if required.

You will be required to enrol on
- the Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship

once appointed.

We will support you to gain this qualification as part of our commitment to staff development and improving student outcomes
