Pink Tile Education are actively seeking amazing supply teaching assistants around the Chichester area to join our ever-growing agency. If you are seeking work and have the relevant skills and qualifications, we want to hear from you

We have many schools signed up for our supply service, so we are always looking for wonderful supply teaching assistants. We tend to take bookings from schools in advance so that our teaching staff know their availability, but we also work hard with schools to fill suddenly vacant classes with brilliant teaching assistants to cover. If you are looking to gain valuable experience around local schools, we would love to hear from you.

This role suits teaching assistants that are looking for a more flexible lifestyle, whilst it also provides a great opportunity for teaching assistants to find out more about their local schools and gain valuable experience with different professionals.

**Requirements**:

- Enhanced DBS on the update service, or willing to obtain one
- Able to adapt to the different needs of each student
- Confident working with children & young people in SEN/SEMH
- Experience working with children & young people (desired)
- Experience working with children & young people in SEN (desired)

**Responsibilities**:

- Support class teacher
- Support the pupils with their tasks/activities & wellbeing
- Understand the individual needs of each student & adapt the approach accordingly

The schools use us to hire full-time & part-time long-term posts and may look towards the more familiar supply teaching assistants that have proven their professionalism in their school during supply. Be open to day-to-day supply between longer roles for practice, income and networking opportunities.

£72 per day minimum (£11.07 per hour).
