**About this role**

This is an outstanding opportunity for a Key Account Manager within the London region to initially focus on growing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients. The key to successfully securing engagement is through developing strong customerrelations and providing specialist advice to enhance and generate sales. Developing a joint business plan (JBP) for each account (monthly) focused on incremental financial gain, planning for the future, and delivering customer satisfaction. Thinking of innovateways to support accounts to increase new client reach and engagement to become their brand of choice delivering the Feed, Fortify and Finish approach for their clients. Accelerate growth plans, above total company growth, for all NPD, seasonal gifting andmonthly promotions whilst identifying joint business building opportunities to generate brand stand out. Hosting quarterly meetings in Head Office for top accounts to establish greater working relationships and cross departmental working to enhance each opportunity.

This role is available for a highly commercial individual who proactively drives sales through a collaborative approach, understanding and identifying account specific opportunities, who forges strong relationships with partners. There is a requirement todeliver the iiaa philosophy with training and sales support to empowers skin professionals to deliver the very best results for their clients

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accountable for key account-related turnover and growth
- Be aware of customer goals and business goals to create healthy growth plans and Joint Business Plans and ensure all key stakeholders are aligned
- Be well informed about markets, products, industries, and technical developments
- Provide accurate information about the quality of products and processes
- Planning and negotiation of various marketing measures and events with key stakeholders
- Analyse and show sales potential by presentation of new products, best sellers, sales analysis, and services
- Experience of social media planning to support joint business planning and launch new product development with excellence.
- Responsible for the achievement of annual and monthly targets for each key account.
- Deliver against required success measures monthly
- Proactively identify business opportunities to accelerate growth ahead of total company to position ourselves as the number one brand
- Track and analyse account achievements, focused on incremental year on year growth, Promotional uptake, training bookings and balanced brand mix,
