We are delighted to be recruiting for a Recruiter for the Macquarie Group, based in London, to work closely with the Recruitment Lead in providing a superior recruitment service and developing strong relationships with key stakeholders within the Risk Management Group.

**Within this role you will have the opportunity to;**
- Drive and manage a superior recruitment service.
- Work with key internal and external stakeholders to build and develop trusted relationships
- Create and deliver creative sourcing strategies to identify, engage and close top talent within the market.
- Engage with the business as a trusted talent advisor, providing market intelligence and consultancy with talent related matters.
- Participate with wider HR initiatives, including diversity hiring, recruiting events & activities, employer branding.
- Ensure that all internal and external regulatory compliance is adhered to at all stages of the end-to-end recruitment process.
**What we’d like from you;**
- 2-5 years of recruitment experience gained in-house or via an RPO.
- Experience of working effectively with Hiring Managers and HR colleagues in a fast-paced and dynamic Financial Services organisation.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective business relationships.
- Open-minded, inventive with commercial and solution focussed mindset.
- Strong achievement drive, resilience, flexibility and commitment to the delivery of the best possible recruitment service.
