**TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - APRIL START**

**Location**: Marylebone, London

**Salary**: £22.5K basic (OTE £45K year 1, £70K year 2, £95K year 3)
- Uncapped commission

**What is your role?**

The career of a recruitment consultant is challenging, rewarding and fast paced; the harder you work, the more successful you will be. You are required to manage the whole recruitment process through activities such as:

- Using sales, business development and marketing techniques in order to attract business from client companies;
- Networking to Build relationships with clients
- Booking and attending appointments across the UK
- Arranging client interviews and taking feedback

**In order to do this you will receive full training on the 'Trainee Academy’**

This position is tailor made for driven individuals keen to get their foot on the sales ladder and start making great money as soon as possible
