Online Sales is one of the fastest growing aspects of our business and we want someone to come in early in its development. The Digital Sales Assistant will be solely responsible for the digital advertising of our motorcycles. Specific duties will be ensuring every bike has been checked and prepared by our Technicians, valeted to a standard befitting the brand, photographed highlighting the motorcycle and any particular features and ensuring all adverts are correctly displayed across the various platforms we use.

**Key Objectives**:

- To ensure every sales motorcycle has been prepared ready for advertising
- To ensure all advertisements are being displayed correctly across the platforms we use
- To build rapport with customers and deliver excellent customer satisfaction in every aspect of the role.
- Where required update our CRM system to include enquiry, desired vehicle and customer requirements and to update GDPR (General Data Protection Regulations) data on every customer
- Promptly action all requests by following documented policies on behalf of the Company
- To represent the brand in accordance with dealer standards and Company requirements
- To actively maximise every sales opportunity for both repeat and new business
- To act with due diligence when negotiating and completing a sales transaction
- To sell Triumph motorcycles

**Applicant’s requirements**:

- You must want a career not a job within an expanding business
- You must be a good communicator and have great customer interaction skills
- You must be highly motivated and have a determination to succeed in a competitive environment
- Part of what we do is numbers based, therefore you should be competent at basic mathematics
- Like all progressive businesses, we use various systems to accomplish our objectives. You should be comfortable using a computer and ideally using Google and Microsoft packages
- You must be smart in appearance and well organised
- You must hold a valid full UK driving licence with no more than 3 points
