We are looking for a upbeat addition to our forever expanding team, with the acquisition of two additional companies this year making the house group portfolio up to seven limited companies we now have a great new flexible working position open at our head office in Great Dunmow.

The House Group comprises of hospitality, event, and multimedia creation companies all based within 15 miles of Great Dunmow, so if you are an outgoing, happy individual who wants to work in a fun office environment this could be the position for you.

Onsite training will be provided where needed, the position is for 20 hours a week which can be flexible to your life and its needs

Bookkeeping experience would be great but not essential, computer skills are essential thou to this position.

The job of accounts assistant comprises of the following tasks:

- Reconcile bank transactions in
- Xero Input purchase invoices
- Input sales transactions
- Download Invoices from supplier websites and input to Xero
- Respond to supplier queries
- Match weekly/monthly supplier statements with invoices received
- Chase staff members for missing expense invoices/receipts
- Prepare weekly invoice payment runs
- File paperwork
- Respond to customer requests for missing invoices and payment receipts
- Payroll
- Tanda Admin
- Export from Tanda to Xero
- New staff set up

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
