**TES 2000** has a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established rail safety company as **Rail Support Assistant** within the Possession Management Department in the Anglian region.

As a **Rail Support Assistant**you will join our Possession Management Department, on a **0-hour contract,** with availability of mainly nights during the weekend. We are ideally looking for new colleagues based in and around **North London, West Anglia, Cambridge - please note that being a driver is essential for this role.**

Training, which is **fully funded**, will be held at our Colchester office starting on** April 10th 2025 to May 9th 2025.**

**About You**:
**To access the fully funded training with TES you must**:

- Be aged 19+
- Be able to pass a Network Rail Medical and Drugs & Alcohol Screening
- Willing to travel within an hour across the Anglian region **(Driver essential)**.
- Be available for the duration of the training dates

**The**Rail Possession Support** Staff typical shift**:

- Carry out safety critical tasks under the control of the Person In Charge of Possession (PICOP)
- Place marker boards and detonators within safe working limits to create safe work sites on the rail lines
- To comply with all safety requirements
- Ensure all PPE is worn as required.
- Use all tools appropriately and correctly.
- Attend all courses and team briefs as required.
- Maintain good timekeeping and attendance.
- To act in a professional manner
