**Job role**

As Team Leader, you will be responsible for helping to build and develop our team, ensuring we deliver a first-class cleaning service and exceed client expectations. You will aid the supervising the team to support a team of cleaners, you will be responsible for all aspects of the cleaning service within your area. You will maximize the performance of your team, leading by example and setting high standards and ensuring the service is operated safely, hygienically and to contractual specifications. The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:

- Performing site audits as/when required.
- Ensuring that the cleaning standards are both met and maintained.
- Report any issues and stock orders to management.
- Organising and providing holiday cover when required.
- Train new team members on how to clean.
- Assisting with cleaning and covers when required.
- Knowledge of cleaning processes
- Sound knowledge of health and safety legislation
- A friendly personality and be a team player.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
- Be committed to the role on a long-term basis.
- Be eligible to live and work in the UK.
- Full Driving License and ability to travel.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £13.00-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Every weekend
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only

**Experience**:

- Commercial cleaning: 3 years (required)

Work Location: In person
