**Working Hours: Monday to Friday between 4 pm and 10 pm**

Atalian Servest is currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our passionate and driven team in Integrated Solutions Division, working at Edinburgh on a permanent basis You will be responsible for supporting around 10 team members responsiblefor cleaning office space including washrooms and kitchen areas. Progression opportunities available within Facilities Management services. Apprenticeships opportunities available to support the progression.

**Your primary responsibilities will include**:

- Overseeing the cleaning of all areas of the building including office space, communal areas, stairwells, kitchens and washrooms (plus other ad hoc areas) and ensuring areas are cleaned to the required standards
- You will be managing a small team, looking after rotas, managing holiday requests, performance and training
- Management of all reactive jobs to ensure all SLAs are met and tasks are completed as required and to the required standards
- Responsible for delivering training to all cleaning operatives and ensuring all records are updated correctly
- You will be responsible for conducting cleaning audits on a weekly basis and escalating any areas of concern for support from the Facilities Co-ordinator/Manager
- You will hold weekly team meetings and briefing sessions with your team to ensure clear and consistent communication
- Manage the ordering of stock and consumables, updating of stock management system and also the distribution to cleaning cupboards
- You will come into regular contact with customers/ the clients so it is important that you can assist them if needed and that you can communicate at all levels

**About You**:

- Previous experience as a cleaning supervisor preferred
- Experience in staffing, HR, rotas, and training
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail required
- Computer/technology skills required to oversee service delivery effectively
- BPSS clearance required (Provided and paid for by company on offer)
- SC Clearance is required for some areas (Provided and paid for by company on offer as required)
