**About the role**:
You will be monitoring incoming registrations from customers, booking property inspections for service technicians to attend, ensuring that follow on work is raised and built correctly by our virtual technician team; alongside monitoring & managing customer complaints to the point of resolution and delegating the complaints to the appropriate manager. You will be responsible for reports, correcting anomalies and raising and receipting financial purchase orders. The role is responsible to review all elements of a Water infra job for accuracy to technically complete on SAP, most specially carrying out several technical checks and assessments and any necessary corrections to ensure all finance elements of a job are accurate and allocated correctly.

The role is reactive to the nature of the operational work, but you have set work which you must manage time and prioritise to enable work to follow.

**Key responsibilities include**
- You will be responsible to run and action errors report promptly in order to action reinstatement or follow-on work processes.- You will monitor and manage the customer complaints ensuring the appropriate manager is dealing with the customer and monitoring through to resolution.- You will be responsible to run exception reports identify errors and correct as appropriate, these are high in volume and essential to correct for accurate cost accounting.- You will be responsible for job cost accuracy of all water infra jobs. Running daily reports carrying out checks and corrections to the job to ensure costs are attributed for all elements of activity and allocated correctly.- You will be flexible in your work to adapt to county needs, managing priorities to minimise any impacts to job flow.- You will need to work with all stakeholders in county and across other support functions, including team members, field workers and managers and communicating effectively to reach consensuses and desired outcomes.- You will need to at times present information or feedback in comms cells and in meetings and drive actions and improvements to issues effecting your processes.- You will raise purchase orders for the supply pipes team managers and business lead ensuring accuracy and compliance to ways to buy process.- Coordinate and own PPE ordering in county, recording at individual and team level and able to report on spend.**Experience**:

- Excellent use of IT especially excels- Experience in using computer generated reports to analyze and report data- Experience managing a range of stakeholders- Experience managing your own work and meeting deadlines- An understanding of performance metrics- Geographical knowledge of the local area- Driving operational performance with a customer mindset**Capabilities**:

Pay Rate:
**£10.05** per Hour

**Onsite** - No Hybrid/Remote working.
Hours: Will need to be available between the hours of 8am and 8pm (Working shift will fall within these times)
