**Business Development Manager - Global Food and Support Services**

Our client, a FTSE 100 world-leading food and support services company have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join their public sector team with a specific focus on proving services to the education sector.

**Accountabilities**
- Agree at strategic plan for market development
- Develop and agree client relationship programmes
- Develop business in new markets and grow existing market share
- Identify and gather intelligence on key opportunities for rolling three-year plan
- Ensure SWOT Analysis is commercially viable
- Cross sector engagement and involvement in bid design

**Key experience**
- Previous sales experience
- Target focused
- Knowledge of selling contracted services within foodservice or retail or facilities management industries
- Ability to demonstrate winning creative solutions for client proposals
- Experience in managing the end-to-end sales process

**Desirable**
- Operations experience
- Passion for food and food trends
- Sector specific experience in higher and further education
