Aesthetic Nurse Software is a leading SaaS (Software as a Service) platform in the medical aesthetics industry, supporting over 2,500 clinics run by nurses, doctors, and dentists. Our software provides everything aesthetic practitioners need to run their business—digital consent forms, secure patient notes, online bookings, payments, and marketing tools. **The Role**
We are looking for a personable and organised **Customer Onboarding Specialist** to ensure new customers have a smooth and positive experience as they start using our software.
Your role will be crucial in guiding customers through onboarding, providing training, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining relationships to drive long-term retention.
You will be the customer-facing representative via virtual calls for Aesthetic Nurse Software during the onboarding process, ensuring customers feel confident and supported in using our platform. Your ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build strong relationships will be key to ensuring new customers quickly see the value in our software.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Guide new customers through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition to implementing our software in their business.
- Deliver friendly and informative 1-1 demos and training sessions via video and phone calls.
- Manage multiple customers at different stages of onboarding, tracking progress and addressing any challenges.
- Collaborate with our Sales and Product teams, to ensure customer needs are met.
- Collect and log customer feedback and suggestions, troubleshoot issues, and escalate technical problems when necessary.
- Become a product expert on Aesthetic Nurse Software
- Work with other members of the team and contribute to process improvements based on customer insights.
**What We’re Looking For**
- A natural communicator who enjoys building relationships and making customers feel valued.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple onboarding processes at once.
- A team player who can collaborate effectively with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
- Confident in handling challenges and providing reassurance to customers when resolving issues.
- Tech-savvy and eager to learn about new software.
- Confident in recommending and coaching customers to get the most benefit from the software.
**Experience**
- 2+ years in a customer support role.
- Experience working within a SaaS company delivering software training or support (desirable)
- Experience in the aesthetics, health, or beauty industry (desirable but not essential).
