**Here's the exciting bit...a day includes**

**The Talent Acquisition Advisor for Head Office will work in partnership with the Talent Acquisition Managers to provide a comprehensive recruitment service. You will be part of the specialist function contributing to the development and delivery of the Talent Acquisition strategy for the business.**
- Work with the Talent Acquisition Managers and hiring Managers to recruit within your business area of Head Office. This may also include supporting other areas of the TA team when required. To include Healthcare, Store Teams, Retail Management, Beauty Services, Head office and Projects.
- Support the Talent Acquisition Manager with delivering the budget and attraction strategy through maximising cost efficient and creative methods including advertising, head hunting, direct searches, social media, networking, and job boards including understanding Indeed and programmatic partners
- Analyse the efficiency of processes and methods to ensure we are maximising the opportunities
- Ensure that the correct recruitment processes are followed and that the Talent Acquisition KPIs (Offers per week, time to fill, cost per hire and error rates) are met
- Update Vacancy Trackers / Recruitment system with all new roles and maintain the role until filled completing all relevant fields to ensure reporting is possible
- Advertise all vacancies (Internally & Externally via recruitment system, LinkedIn and any additional advertising required)
- Ensure positive relationships with all key stakeholders for areas of responsibility are maintained through delivery of service levels

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience of in-house or agency recruitment
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload and communicate with a number of managers at all levels
- Ability to work at pace in a fast-moving environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong influencing, networking skills and relationship building skills
- Passion for the brand and understanding of what makes a great Superdrug employee at all levels
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to change and re-focus quickly when required
- Ability to work unsupervised on projects relating to role, team, and business
