The firm has a newly created opportunity for a highly experienced individual to lead brand and communications for the firm globally. This is a key appointment and will form part of the Global Marketing Leadership team.

As the Global Director of Marketing & Communications, you will play a pivotal role in developing the brand to set the firm apart in the fast-moving legal industry. By leveraging brand strategy, setting creativity, creating original qualitative and quantitativemarket insights, and utilising the latest marketing techniques and technologies, you will lead the firmwide communications, brand and creative teams that elevate the BCLP brand to advance business objectives, protecting and growing client relationships, shapingclient experience and inspiring employee engagement.

You will seek to protect, grow and enhance the brand, building authentic and long lasting relationships with internal management teams and engage a broader external audience in the media, brand and public relations areas. You will lead and inspire a globalcross-functional team to develop and execute innovate ways to bring the brand to life in a consistent manner across channels and through integrated communications. Your team will include brand strategy and planning, campaigns, creative, internal communications,content as well as the social communications teams. You will coach, develop and direct a high performance end high potential team to build effective partnerships with all internal functions and external agencies, to ensure best in class execution of plansand campaigns.
