At Twill London, we are seeking a dynamic TikTok social media executive to join our team with starting salary ranging from £22K to £25K based on your experience. Please note this is an office-based role in Manchester.

We’re dedicated to drive innovation and continuous improvement across various social media platforms. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to take ownership of our TikTok accounts, showcasing your creativity and expertise in the social media landscape. You will have a blank canvas to own our TikTok accounts and be creative with the content our influencers create. You will have ideally grown your own TikTok accounts and love social media and the power and value it can produce.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive TikTok strategy aligned with all 3 brands.
- Plan and curate content in accordance with the marketing calendar and latest trends.
- Post and schedule TikTok videos, ensuring timely delivery and engagement.
- Source and edit viral TikTok trends, tailoring them for individual brands.
- Identify TikTok trends, fostering customer engagement to drive account growth.
- Devise tactics to increase followers and engagement, meeting ambitious targets.
- Regularly report on account growth, engagement, and views to Client Managers.
- Contribute to idea sessions for cross-platform series, leveraging TikTok insights.
- Partner closely with Content and Influencers to curate user-generated content (UGC) by engaging with content creators daily. Facilitate the seamless process of providing items to influencers, meticulously tracking both the items and the corresponding content.
- Assume complete ownership and accountability for the content's quality, ensuring alignment with the brand ethos.
- Assist in planning and brainstorming feed posts and campaigns for new product launches.
- Craft compelling headlines, taglines, and CTAs to support marketing campaigns.
- Contribute to the overall marketing plan and strategy aligned with business objectives.

Essential Skills:

- Minimum 2-year professional experience in content creation
- Problem-solving orientation, always seeking growth and improvement.
- In-depth knowledge of TikTok, including TikTok lives, filming, editing, and features.
- Proven experience in managing TikTok accounts (personal or business).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time management, project balancing, and prioritization skills.
- A deep understanding of TikTok and broader social media landscapes.
- Proven problem-solving ability, adaptable to trends and shifts on social platforms.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
