Ftc Part Time Payroll Administrator

**PART TIME PAYROLL ADMINISTRATOR (16 hours Monday and Tuesday)**
- **Duties/Responsibilities**_
- Liaise with Payroll bureau
- Collating all timesheets from the relevant Managers
- Cross referencing of all job sheets to submitted time sheets
- Checking break entitlements taken
- Inputting and uploading all information via a spreadsheet
- Any deductions to be dealt with e.g. attachment of earnings
- Maintain confidentiality of employees' pay records at all times
- Complete payroll reports for record-keeping purposes or managerial review
- Ensure all information is received to the set deadlines
- Assist with Purchase Ledger
- Assist with Credit Control
- Other Ad-hoc administration/office duties;
- Line Manager or Director requests are to be completed within the same day or within timescale provided by them.
**Experienced required**
- Administration
- Excellent organization skills
- Good communications skills, written and verbal
- An ability to work efficiently under pressure
**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months
