_**We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Administrator for this newly created role. This is a part time position: Mon-Fri days, circa 25-28 hours a week, ideally worked between 9am and 3pm. Salary: up to £25k (pro rata).**_

The Warehouse Administrator will contribute to maintaining an efficient and well-organised warehouse function, ensuring that administration activities are undertaken effectively and in a timely manner.
- **WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING**:_

Your responsibilities will include the following:

- Assisting with the undertaking of basic health and safety activities and compliance admin for the site.
- Undertaking all booking in of goods in.
- Undertaking the booking in of goods with customers - via phone or online.
- Allocating stock to bays.
- Distributing all orders to Warehouse Team members in a timely manner each day.
- Effectively communicating with Sales team personnel e.g. when goods are received.
- Acting as the first point of contact for all internal Sales team queries.
- Arranging collections with couriers, completing required paperwork and producing labels.
- Accurately inputting stock take information.
- Undertaking pick and pack activity (small jobs).
- **WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:_
- You have already gained Warehouse Administration experience that involves activities akin to those set out above.
- As this is a newly created role, you'll need to have the confidence and ability to effectively establish, and develop, the role.
- You are fantastically well-organised, efficient, and can demonstrate great administration ability. You pay attention to detail and work accurately.
- You are used to, and enjoy, data inputting and have good IT skills including Excel and Outlook Mail.
- As you will be liaising with internal and external parties on a regular basis (e.g. our Sales team and couriers), you must possess good written and verbal communication skills.
- You are self-motivated and able to work well both independently and as a member of a team.

You have a good health and safety mindset, a confident demeanour and a superb, ‘can do’ customer service attitude.
- **WORK DAYS & HOURS**:_

This is a part time role. Work days will be Monday - Friday and weekly work hours will be circa 25-28, ideally worked between the hours of 9am - 3pm. If you are successful in securing an interview, we’ll ask you about your preferred work hours at that point.
