**Minster**, a leading specialist insulation, dry lining and ceilings solutions distributor, are on the hunt for a **Warehouse Assistant**to join the team in our brand new branch in **Northampton,**who are as passionate about great service as we are.

**_Hours _**_: Monday-Friday 7am-5pm (no weekends) _

**_Location _**_: Minster, Kilvey Road, Brackmills, Northampton, NN4 7BQ _

**_Key Responsibilities _**
- Assist in the loading and unloading of customer and delivery vehicles - using a forklift where needed (in-house training provided)
- Maintain stock levels, carrying out regular stock counts
- Pick and prepare items to fulfil customer orders
- Check incoming stock deliveries and put away in appropriate area
- Getting to know our product lines and services in order to make the most of all customer interactions
- Develop great relationships with new and existing customers (both face to face and over the phone)
- Keep the branch looking clean and tidy, to make a great first impression on our customers
- Make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work

**_Required Skills and Experience _**
- Manual handling experience with MHE would be beneficial, however we do provide in-house forklift training
- Experience in a customer facing role
- Comfortable working in a predominantly outdoor environment
- Flexible with a positive can-do attitude
